Trev began learning the violin at age four and graduated high school from the University of North Carolina School of The Arts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic production and design from Berklee College of Music, where he discovered electric violin and Jazz improvisation. He performs in Raleigh, Cary, Charlotte, and all over North Carolina. Well versed in a variety of genres, Trev performs Classical, Jazz, Blues, Folk, Pop, Rock, Country, and Ambient music. Performing along with DJs on his beloved Yamaha electric violin is his favorite thing to do!
Trev teaches violin, ukulele, guitar, and piano at Notasium in Cary, working with students of all ages. Street performance is an important part of Trev’s musical practice, and he busks regularly in downtown Cary and for Live It Up! Hillsborough Street. He has also performed for MAGFest videogame music festival and for television.
In his spare time Trev enjoys doting on his carnivorous plants, playing Star Realms, and painting his nails. For long car rides he enjoys listening to Librivox audiobooks and baroque violin sonatas.
